Grade 7-9 Health

This year, Health 7-8, and Health 9 will be offered for one hour each on Fridays. For the 2017-2018 school year this course will be taught by Ms. De Jong. Topics that will be covered include:

  • Stress Management: Managing Stress of Day to Day Life
  • Tobacco, Alcohol, and Drug Use: The Dangers and Consequences
  • Conflict Resolution: Getting Along With Others
  • Stop Bullying: Empathy and Violence
  • Dangerous Decisions: How to Stay Safe in Difficult Situations 
  • Mental Wellness: How to Life a Happy and Healthy Life
